Thank you for visiting our site! The Doberman is a gorgeous creature; like you, we were drawn to the beauty, elegance and style of the Doberman. In Swahili, the name Akila means 'intelligent beauty' .We believe there is no other breed with the presence, mind, and iconic personality that is...the DOBERMAN.  We chose that name for our business with hopes to honor the true nature of the breed. You can't help but take notice when you see one. That is exactly what happened to us! We were first introduced to the breed about 10 years ago when my daughter asked for a Doberman puppy and ever since they have been close to our hearts. I can still remember the day my daughter was able to pick out her very own puppy. We fell in love with the breed right then! Since, we have worked very hard to educate ourselves and acquire only the best quality dogs for our program to produce only the best for our clients. Now, along with breeding these amazing dogs, we also offer training. We specialize in obedience and family protection. We want to help in anyway we can to insure the best fit for home and family.

We are a small, in-home breeder settled in the plains of west Texas. We recently relocated to Texas from Northeastern New Mexico. Although we have relocated, we still serve the area well and make delivery trips regularly. Please contact us to learn about all of our delivery options. 

 

 All of our dogs are raised with our family and very well socialized.  We work hard to uphold the standard of the breed and produce quality puppies with amazing confirmation (appeal, structure, form, appearance, movement), a sound temperament and protective instinct, love and affection as well as health and longevity. . Good genetics and responsible breeding are just part of what we do. Knowledge, dedication and building relationships are the key to any success as a breeder and a buyer, and we strive to help our clients achieve that. We have a lifetime commitment to our puppies and owners. We are an AKC (American Kennel Club) registered breeder. All puppies come with AKC registration. Breeding rights are available for qualified  buyers.
